New improved methods
Why load and offload containers the old, unsafe way… while the container is still on the trailer? This outdated method, used for many years, has proved to be costly to the client in terms of damages and Health and Safety risks.
With our new and improved method, these risks and unsafe practices can now be minimised by placing the container "safe and sound on the ground".
How it works?
A new revelation has hit the market. Not only does it allow you to minimise risks but also offers a more simplified packing process.
The container is placed on the ground for packing and unpacking, and is then collected once it is ready to be transported.
Grounding the container will enable a forklift to drive into the container for packing and unpacking. The 'container-lifter' has a lifting capacity of 30 tons and is capable of transshipping loads from one trailer to another. This allows the 'container-lifter' to handle jobs with multiple containers.
The 'container-lifter' can handle 6m containers, as well as 12m containers, plus two x 6m containers together.
Container storage
An added feature of the 'container-lifter' is that it is able to double-stack full or empty containers for storage purposes, in areas where space is limited.
